The Chesapeake Climate Action Network Action Fund (CCAN Action Fund) has launched its eighth annual electric vehicle (EV) raffle, offering participants the chance to win one of several high-profile electric cars. This year’s first prize includes a choice among seven models, such as the Rivian R1S SUV or R1T truck, the Lucid Air or Lucid Gravity, and three Porsche EVs—the Macan, Taycan, or Cayenne—each valued up to $115,000. The raffle also features attractive second and third prizes, including vehicles like the Rivian R2, Volkswagen ID. Buzz, Hyundai IONIQ family, and the Chevrolet Bolt RS, with the drawing scheduled for 30 July. Tickets are limited to 10,000, priced at $200 each, and each ticket provides three chances to win, significantly improving the odds for participants. Proceeds from the raffle support CCAN Action Fund’s efforts to promote clean energy and combat climate change through advocacy for electric vehicles, renewable energy, and sustainable transportation policies.
