Tom Vialle on being back in MXGP after his US experience

Tom Vialle has made a promising return to the MXGP class after two seasons competing in the United States, securing his first overall victory just three rounds into the 2026 season. The French rider described his off-season as hectic, juggling a move back to Europe, adapting to a new team and bike, and adjusting to a different lifestyle. Despite initial uncertainties, Vialle’s performances in Argentina and Spain laid a solid foundation, culminating in a breakthrough win in Switzerland under challenging conditions, where he overcame crashes and a difficult track to claim the top spot. Now based in France and frequently training in the Netherlands, Vialle is relishing the opportunity to compete regularly on European soil and be closer to family. While he enjoyed his time in Florida, the rider emphasised his happiness at returning to the Grand Prix scene and the daily routine of riding.
