Radon has expanded its gravel bike lineup with the introduction of the Regard Carbon, complementing its existing aluminium and titanium models. The new carbon frame emphasises a clean, integrated aesthetic while retaining practical versatility. Notably, the bike incorporates multiple mounting points for bottles, bags, and accessories, including on the downtube, seat tube, top tube, and fork, catering to riders who value customisation and utility on long rides or bikepacking trips. A standout feature of the Regard Carbon is its one-piece integrated cockpit, which conceals brake hoses and cables for a sleek appearance. The handlebars feature widely flared drops with size-specific dimensions, enhancing control and comfort across the range of frame sizes. The carbon seatpost, measuring 27.2mm, is designed with deliberate flex to improve ride comfort, complementing the bike’s endurance-oriented geometry. The bike comes equipped with 700x47mm tyres, with visual indications suggesting clearance for slightly wider rubber, potentially up to 50mm. The Regard Carbon is offered in four models, ranging from the entry-level 7.0 to the top-tier 10.0, with prices spanning from €2,599 to €4,499. Each model features a 1x drivetrain, with options from Shimano and SRAM, and all frames are compatible with Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH) standards. Weights vary between 7.95kg and 8.80kg depending on the specification, reflecting a competitive balance of lightness and durability.
