Developed in close collaboration with Mathieu van der Poel and his Alpecin-Deceuninck team, the Endurace CFR aims to deliver a race-winning performance on the notoriously brutal pavé sectors. Featuring a stiffer head tube than Canyon’s Aeroad and a pioneering VCLS Aero seatpost that offers 25% more vertical compliance, the bike promises to absorb shocks without sacrificing aerodynamic efficiency, making it a formidable contender for this Sunday’s “Hell of the North.” The Endurace CFR boasts generous tyre clearance of up to 35mm, allowing riders to fit high-volume rubber suited to the cobbled classics, while retaining a lightweight carbon frame constructed from Toray T1100/T800 and YS80 pitch-based carbon. Its geometry has been optimised for stability and comfort, with a slightly longer wheelbase and shorter crank arms on medium frames to improve pedalling efficiency and rider positioning. The bike is equipped with premium groupsets from Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 or SRAM Red AXS, paired with DT Swiss ARC 1100 wheels and Pirelli P Zero RS tyres, underscoring its race-ready credentials. In addition to Canyon’s new offering, Tifosi Optics has launched the Moab XC, a rimless, ultralight eyewear model designed for high-intensity off-road riding. Weighing just 29 grams, the Moab XC features a Grilamid TR-90 frame known for its durability and flexibility, alongside hydrophilic rubber nose and ear pieces that increase grip as the rider sweats. The glasses come with shatterproof, scratch-resistant polycarbonate lenses in a rimless design that maximises peripheral vision, ideal for navigating technical terrain at speed. The Moab XC also includes an interchangeable lens system, with Fototec lenses that adapt to changing light conditions and Clarion coatings to repel moisture. These product launches reflect a broader shift in the cycling industry towards all-road versatility and rider protection, blending performance with comfort and safety innovations.
