Eli Iserbyt finds a new role with Tadej Pogačar's agents after early retirement from cyclo-cross

Eli Iserbyt, the former European cyclo-cross champion and multiple World Cup winner, has transitioned into a new role within the cycling industry following his early retirement. The Belgian rider, who was compelled to end his career due to persistent femoral artery blood flow issues, has joined A&J All Sports management agency as their Cyclo-cross coordinator. Iserbyt’s cycling career was distinguished by 54 race wins, including major victories in the World Cup series and national championships. His final competitive success came at the GP Sven Nys on New Year’s Day 2025, but he was unable to participate in the 2025/26 season due to health complications. Despite undergoing four surgeries to address his vascular condition, the 28-year-old ultimately decided to retire from all forms of cycling in January 2026, citing the severity of his medical issues. In his new capacity at A&J All Sports, the agency that manages high-profile riders such as Tadej Pogačar, Iserbyt will leverage his extensive experience to support and nurture emerging cyclo-cross talent.
