Bridge Bike Works Demo Van Rolls Out, Plus New Campy & Shimano Builds

Bridge Bike Works has significantly increased its production capacity at its Toronto facility, effectively doubling the output of its Surveyor all-road bikes. To mark this expansion, the company has launched a mobile demo van stocked with a full range of their bikes in various sizes, touring North America to offer riders the chance to test them firsthand. This initiative will see the van attending prominent cycling events such as Unbound Gravel, Whistler Gran Fondo, and Big Sugar Gravel, as well as numerous regional festivals throughout the spring and summer. In addition to the demo tour, Bridge Bike Works has broadened its component options by introducing Campagnolo builds, including 1x drivetrain configurations, which will be available on their website shortly. Meanwhile, new Shimano GRX 1x kits are already offered on gravel bike builds, enhancing the versatility and appeal of their lineup. All base builds now come equipped with ENVE AR40 wheels, reflecting the brand’s commitment to high-quality, performance-oriented components. The demo van is staffed by a team ready to assist with fit analyses, helping prospective buyers select the right size and cockpit setup to suit their needs. This personalised approach aims to ensure that riders can make informed decisions before placing their orders. On the production side, the increased capacity allows Bridge Bike Works to deliver fully custom, built-to-order carbon fibre frames within an eight-week timeframe. These frames feature innovative design elements, such as a full carbon fibre threaded bottom bracket shell that eliminates the need for bonded metal inserts—a technology founder Mike Yakubowicz reports has performed flawlessly since its introduction two years ago.
