External components cleaned and inspected.
Shock preload adjusters checked for function (where fitted).
Rebound or compression adjusters checked (if applicable).
Spring condition and seating inspected.
Suspension alignment visually assessed for straight tracking.
Hardware & Mounting
Suspension mounting bolts removed where required, cleaned, and reinstalled.
All suspension fasteners torqued to manufacturer specification.
Spacer orientation and hardware wear inspected.
Deck and fork pivot areas checked for play or looseness.
Setup & Adjustment
Basic suspension setup verified (where adjustable).
Preload adjusted to rider weight where applicable.
Front-to-rear balance visually assessed.
Ride height and sag assessed (where measurable).
Final Safety Check
Suspension movement rechecked under load.
All mounting hardware re-torqued.
Noise and play reassessed.
Short controlled test ride performed where safe and permitted.

Hub motor wiring inspected for strain or damage (rear wheel where applicable).
Axles, spacers, and mounting hardware inspected for correct positioning and security.
Wheel Bearings & Axle System
Wheel bearings inspected for smooth rotation, noise, and play.
Bearing preload and axle tightness checked.
Axle shafts removed where required, cleaned, regreased, and reinstalled.
Bearing replacement available where required (parts charged separately).
Tyres & Tubes
Tyres inspected for wear, cuts, punctures, sidewall damage, and correct seating.
Inner tubes inspected for leaks, pinching, or valve damage (where fitted).
Solid tyres inspected for cracking, deformation, or improper fit (where fitted).
Tyre pressure checked and set to manufacturer recommendation.
Rim bead area inspected for damage or corrosion.
Installation & Reassembly
Tyres reinstalled and seated correctly.
Split rims inspected and reassembled correctly where applicable.
Rim alignment and seating verified.
Hub motor cables re-routed and secured correctly (rear motor models).
Axle nuts torqued to manufacturer specification.
Final Safety Check
Wheel rotation rechecked for smoothness and true running.
Axle security verified.
Brake rotor alignment verified after wheel installation.
Short controlled test ride performed where safe and permitted.
