Camp and Go Slow (CAGS) has expanded its collaboration with Bags by Bird by releasing a full range of handlebar bags, moving beyond their usual limited runs. The new collection includes three sizes: the compact Piccolo, the mid-sized Goldback, and a newly introduced larger Goldback WIDE model. These bags are crafted from durable 1000D Cordura fabric, featuring additional stretch pockets, silver grey Packcloth liners, foam spacers, and mounting straps, all designed to offer versatility and robustness for various cycling needs. Each bag is available in several distinctive colourways inspired by wildlife, such as Western Rattler, Eastern Rattler, Great Horned Owl, and Brown Trout, allowing riders to coordinate their gear with their bike’s aesthetic. The Piccolo 9.5 is ideal for smaller bikes and lightweight touring, offering a 15-litre capacity. The Goldback 12.5, with a 27-litre volume, suits longer tours or daily commutes, while the Goldback WIDE provides an impressive 34 litres, designed for heavy packers and requiring a rack or bag support for stability. Alongside the bags, CAGS has introduced a new range of anodised aluminium top caps developed in partnership with Forager Cycles. These components, available in multiple patterns and colours, aim to add a subtle but refined touch to a bike’s cockpit. While they serve the same functional purpose as standard top caps, their bespoke design and finish offer riders a way to personalise their setups with elegant detailing.
