The De Baets AIT Racing Team secured a respectable points haul at the MXGP of Sardinia held in Riola Sardo, demonstrating competitive performances across multiple classes. In the MX2 category, Lotte van Drunen continued to challenge male counterparts, finishing 20th overall after consistent 18th-place results in both motos. In the EMX250 class, Vencislav Toshev delivered a solid weekend, recovering well after a modest start. Despite placing 23rd in both practice and the first moto, Toshev improved significantly in the second race, finishing 12th and securing 18th overall. Meanwhile, Cole McCullough faced difficulties, failing to complete either moto after a 28th-place practice time, highlighting the unpredictable nature of the sport. Torre van Mechgelen showed promising pace with a top-10 practice time but was hampered by technical issues in the first moto, forcing retirement. He made a strong comeback in the second race, finishing 15th and earning six points to place 20th overall.
