Platinum Service – Complete Overhaul & Precision Performance:

Our goal with the Platinum Service is to return your bike to the highest possible mechanical and cosmetic standard through a full strip-down, deep clean, and precision rebuild. Every major component is removed, inspected, cleaned, serviced, and reassembled with care. We go beyond adjustment, addressing wear, contamination, and hidden issues to restore performance, reliability, and longevity. This service delivers a bike that feels refreshed, refined, and ready for demanding riding.

Who it’s for:

Riders who want their bike restored to near-new condition, maximum performance, and long-term reliability.

Our goal:

To deliver a fully overhauled bike that performs at its absolute best, with every system cleaned, serviced, and set up correctly.
At this level, we focus on complete disassembly and detailed servicing rather than surface-level checks. The frame, drivetrain, wheels, braking system, cockpit, suspension, and bearings are all removed and individually serviced. Bearings are cleaned and regressed or replaced as needed, drivetrain components are deep-cleaned and precisely indexed, wheels are trued and balanced, and brakes are fully serviced for optimal power and control. We finish with careful reassembly, correct torque settings throughout, and a comprehensive test ride to fine-tune performance.
This service is ideal for high-end bikes, heavily used bikes, race bikes, or riders who want the confidence of knowing nothing has been missed.
👉 Think of Platinum as a full mechanical restoration and performance reset.
If you’re unsure whether Platinum is right for your bike, we’re always happy to assess its condition and recommend the most appropriate service based on usage, wear, and riding goals.

Final Note (Trust Our Engineers):

Our service tiers are not designed to sell unnecessary work. They are built from decades of workshop experience, focusing on what your bike genuinely needs, when it needs it — no shortcuts, no guesswork.

Overview:

Our Platinum Service is the most comprehensive mechanical overhaul we offer. It is designed for high-performance machines, heavily ridden bikes, and riders who demand peak reliability, efficiency, and precision handling. This service goes far beyond adjustment it is a full-system restoration focused on deep cleaning, precision alignment, component optimisation, and performance validation across every critical interface of the bike.

Drivetrain System:

What we do:

We fully remove the drivetrain and ultrasonically clean all components to eliminate embedded contamination. The crankset, cassette, and chainrings are inspected for wear and alignment. Derailleur hanger alignment is checked and corrected to factory tolerance. Front and rear derailleurs are precision tuned and indexed. The drivetrain is then lubricated, reinstalled, and performance tested under load. All drivetrain components are assessed for wear limits and service life.

Why it matters:

Contamination and micromisalignment reduce shifting accuracy, accelerate wear, and rob drivetrain efficiency.By restoring alignment, cleanliness, and correct lubrication, the drivetrain operates smoothly, shifts precisely under load, and maximises component lifespan.

Brake System:

What we do:

We conduct a complete brake system inspection. Calipers are removed, cleaned, and realigned. Pistons are cleaned and reset to ensure even pad engagement. Front and rear hydraulic systems are bled to remove air contamination. Rotor trueness is checked and corrected. Brake pads are inspected for wear and contamination.

Why it matters:

Brake performance depends on alignment, hydraulic integrity, and friction surface condition. Proper servicing ensures consistent braking force, reduced noise, optimal modulation, and increased rider safety.

Bearings & Rotational Systems:

What we do:

The headset is fully stripped, cleaned, and regreased. The bottom bracket is inspected and serviced. Hub bearings are checked, adjusted, and preload is correctly set. The freehub body is serviced and lubricated. All bearing interfaces are evaluated for smoothness and correct seating.

Why it matters:

Bearing drag and improper preload reduce efficiency and accelerate wear. Correctly serviced bearings improve rolling resistance, maintain structural stability, and extend component lifespan.

Wheels & Tyres:

What we do:

Wheels are precision trued both laterally and radially. Dish alignment is checked to ensure balanced frame tracking. Spoke tension is measured and equalised. Tyres are inspected for wear, damage, and casing condition. Tyre pressure is set according to rider weight and riding discipline.

Why it matters:

Wheel alignment directly affects handling, efficiency, and frame stress distribution.

Balanced spoke tension and proper tyre setup improve stability, control, and overall ride quality.

Cockpit & Controls:

What we do:

Handlebars, stem, and seat post are removed, cleaned, and reinstalled. All bolts are torqued to manufacturer specification. Cables and hoses are inspected for routing, friction, and condition. Controls are aligned and optimised for rider ergonomics.

Why it matters:

Improper torque and poor routing can compromise safety and performance. Correct setup ensures structural security, precise control input, and long-term reliability.

Suspension (If Applicable):

What we do:

Fork and rear shock are inspected for wear and function. Stanchions are cleaned and lubricated. Suspension pivot points are inspected for play and torque. Suspension sag is measured and adjusted to rider weight and discipline.

Why it matters:

Suspension performance is critical for traction, handling, and component longevity. Correct setup ensures efficient energy transfer, improved comfort, and optimal control under load.

Structure & Frame Integrity:

What we do:

We conduct a full structural inspection of the frame and fork, checking for stress marks, alignment issues, and hardware integrity. Mounting points and contact surfaces are cleaned and inspected. Frame threads and interfaces are checked to ensure secure and correct component seating.

Why it matters:

The frame is the foundation of the bike. Ensuring clean, aligned, and secure interfaces prevents creaking, premature wear, and long-term structural issues.

Final Quality Assurance:

What we do:

A complete frame deep clean is performed. The drivetrain is waxed and lubricated. A full torque audit is completed across all safety-critical bolts. The bike undergoes a controlled test ride and performance assessment. Final micro-adjustments are completed following evaluation.

Why it matters:

Precision servicing requires validation. Final testing ensures every system operates together seamlessly, delivering maximum performance, reliability, and rider confidence.
