We run a fair policy where we always strive to look at situations from our customers’ perspective, not just from a commercial standpoint. Please read through the following information carefully to understand our shipping policies, delivery partners, and the terms that govern our delivery services.

Our Delivery Partners

We partner with a selection of trusted couriers to provide reliable delivery options for your orders. Depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package, your order may be dispatched using one of the following services: DPD, Parcel Force, Royal Mail, Evri, or our standard franking post service. The most appropriate carrier will be selected automatically to ensure the best possible service for your specific order.

Dispatch and Shipping Schedule

Standard Shipping Days are Monday through Friday. We process and dispatch orders during these standard business days. Please note that our warehouse does not operate on weekends, meaning orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
 
Next-Day Delivery Cutoff is strictly at 12:00 PM (noon). If you require next-day delivery, your order must be placed and payment confirmed before this time. Orders received after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for collection by our couriers on the following business day, which will consequently delay the delivery by one working day.
 
Holiday Shipping Exceptions apply to all UK bank holidays and national holidays, including but not limited to Easter and Christmas. We do not dispatch orders on these days. Any orders placed during a holiday period will be processed on the next available standard business day. We advise placing your orders well in advance during peak holiday seasons to avoid any potential delays caused by courier networks operating at high capacity.

International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

We proudly offer international shipping to our global customers. However, please be aware of the following legal and financial responsibilities when placing an international order:
 
Customs Duties and Import Taxes: All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. eMotoX Sports has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
 
Delivery Times: International delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination country, local postal services, and customs processing times. Any delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rate Changes: Please note that our shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice. This is due to the dynamic nature of logistics and frequent rate adjustments imposed by our courier partners. The shipping cost applied to your order will be the rate displayed at the time of checkout.
 
Delivery Times: Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we and our courier partners strive to meet all delivery expectations, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, traffic incidents, or operational delays within the courier networks may occasionally affect delivery times.
 
Failed Deliveries: Failed deliveries may occur if no one is available at the delivery address to accept the parcel. In such cases, the courier will typically leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from a local depot. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible.
 
Missing or Damaged Items: Missing or damaged items must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or upon receipt of a damaged package. We require photographic evidence of any damaged goods and packaging to process a claim with the respective courier.
